Role Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) - North America is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. This role serves as the initial point of contact for prospective customers and is crucial for building a healthy sales pipeline for the Field Sales team. The SDR will leverage creative outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers and articulate our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting, including (but not limited to) cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Clearly present and promote our services, demonstrating how we add value and solve problems for prospective clients to generate initial interest.
- Qualify leads against established criteria (e.g., BANT) to ensure a smooth handoff of high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our key platforms, Salesforce and Outreach.
- Proactively research and identify new target accounts and key decision-makers to continuously expand our reach.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and source new leads.

- Weekly: 1,000 emails and 200 calls
- Monthly: Secure 6 BANT - qualified meetings
