We’re looking for an English-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in North America!

In this role, you will…

  • Contribute significantly to the role by working in tandem with Account Executives to support business expansion
  • Create a diverse network of marketing professionals
  • Join a supportive company culture and collaborate with a skilled team of SaaS sales professionals
  • To effectively reach your targets in this role, you'll need the skills and initiative to find new businesses and cultivate strong relationships swiftly. We’re looking for someone who enjoys prospecting and communicating with customers by phone, and who remains updated on new technologies and industry trends

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Prospecting for potential new Supermetrics customers based on ideal customer profiles
  • Connect! You will engage in outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings with our Account Executives and gain insights into the requirements and aspirations of each prospect
  • Update Salesforce with your activities - we prioritize our data
  • Collaborate with the SDRs and wider sales team!
  • You’ll be reporting to the SDR lead and learning from the best: picking up sales skills on the job every day and participating in sales processes that you’ve created to a closed won deal is the path to becoming a Supermetrics Account Executive yourself!

This position is for you if you have…

  • Determined spirit and a pragmatic plan for accomplishing objectives
  • Positivity and uplifting others and sharing knowledge with those around you. We're not competing against our team members, we're thriving together as a team
  • Experience within digital marketing or technology is positive but not mandatory. You're selling to marketing & data professionals
  • Previous SaaS, B2B, or international sales experience is beneficial
  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills as English is our company language.

  • The base salary range for this role is $53,300 USD annually + On-Target Commission. Total On-Target Earnings are $82,000 USD annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.-Based candidates.
