About The Role

**We are currently recruiting for this role in Argentina and Brazil only.  We will not be considering US based candidates at this time.  All interviews are being held remotely. If there are preparations we can make to help ensure you have a comfortable and positive interview experience, please let us know.**

**Only applications/resumes written in English will be accepted.**

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who loves the chase — and finally, the catch! This is a 6-month full-time contract role starting immediately, with the strong possibility of converting to a permanent position. As you'll be calling and emailing US-based school administrators daily, professional-level English fluency, both spoken and written, is a firm requirement for this position.

We want someone who fearlessly prospects administrators at schools nationwide, knowing that educators have one of the most challenging jobs out there. Your role is to book new business demos via phone and email, using empathetic persuasion to help schools tell their stories and increase enrollment. If you like crafting messages, hitting goals, and bringing fresh ideas to a growing team — we'd love to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • Hit the ground running with initial data clean-up — researching and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure our prospect lists are accurate and well-targeted
  • Call and email assigned prospects daily, navigating Salesforce and Gong to manage your pipeline
  • Communicate confidently and clearly in English in all prospect and customer interactions - phone calls, emails, and demos are conducted entirely in English with US-based school administrators
  • Book qualified new business demos with school administrators across the country
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align on strategy, share insights, and pursue new accounts
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify what messaging is resonating and help refine outreach approaches
  • Partner with marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, leads, and messaging
  • Follow up on reschedules and inbound B2B leads in a timely, organized way
  • Track and report on your key activity metrics — calls, emails, appointments booked, and pipeline health — on a regular basis
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in Salesforce so the team always has a reliable view of the pipeline
  • Bring your own ideas on process, outreach, and messaging to the team

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A driven, go-get-'em attitude and genuine eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email
  • Organized and able to manage a pipeline effectively
  • Prior sales or SDR experience a plus, but not required
  • Native or professional-level English fluency (spoken and written) is required; this role conducts all outreach and customer-facing communication in English with US schools and administrators
