The role involves outreach through calls and email, identifying prospect needs, presenting relevant products, maintaining CRM records, developing sales strategies, and generating qualified leads for field sales executives. Fluency in Polish and English is required, along with strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and computer skills. The position is remote and field-based in Poland.

Reporting into the Senior Manager - EMEA Field Marketing, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities to support the overall growth of the business. This is an opportunity to grow and develop from a top of thunnel sales role into a field based executive role overtime.

Your mission

What you'll achieve
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach (calls, email, use of Salesforce CRM and other enablement software)
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
- Developing sales outreach strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Partner with Field Sales Executives, providing them with a volume of qualified leads to drive through to successful sales opportunities
Requirements
All experience is valid, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:
- 2-3 years of sales experience for an NGS, diagnostic, lab or healthcare company
- You'll need to be fluent in English and in Polish (Full working proficiency)
- You will also be an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with new individuals, listening to needs and quickly build relationships
- Organisation is key, and you will be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast and methodical manner.
- Previous exposure to CRM or Business Software (I.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is really useful, but as long as you bring computer literacy (Outlook, Word etc) everything is coachable
