Hybrid in Denver, CO · Average 4 days/week in office · $75,000–$87,500 OTE (USD)
Skip the standard interview process. Spend a day living the job instead. We're hiring 2 Sales Development Representatives for our Denver HQ, and we're doing it through a one-day hiring event on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
About PropellerPropeller is the geospatial backbone of modern worksites. Our founder-led, hardware-backed software helps civil construction crews, miners, quarries, and landfill operators plan, build, and measure progress together, for safer, more sustainable, and more efficient projects. We're giving an industry that's never had the right data a way to track its core activity: earthmoving. Our Denver HQ is where our Americas growth happens.
The roleYou'll help transform how worksites around the world use drone data, solving real problems every day at a fast-growing scale-up, and having fun while you're at it.
As an SDR, you'll learn SaaS and AI sales from the ground up. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior SDR mentors, you'll learn top-of-funnel lead behavior, uncover customer needs, and pitch Propeller's value. You'll prospect and qualify new business, hand off high-quality leads to our Account Executives, and recommend how best to close each deal. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strong team as we aim to continue our growth in 2027.
This is a feeder role into our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Top performers grow into a Senior SDR role, then on to Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Engineer, driving revenue and adoption from the frontline as we build out the Americas.
