Kevin’s Natural Foods is seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Sales/CPFR Analyst – Walmart to support profitable sales growth and strengthen our partnership with Walmart.

In this role, you will own forecasting, replenishment planning, and day-to-day CPFR execution for the Walmart account. You will work closely with the National Account Manager and cross-functional teams to drive strong in-stock performance, optimize inventory flow, and ensure seamless supply chain execution.

You will leverage Walmart’s Scintilla platform along with internal data to analyze performance, proactively manage risks, and deliver actionable insights across sales, inventory, and operational metrics. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment and takes full ownership of execution.

What You’ll Do:

· Own demand forecasting and replenishment planning for the Walmart business, driving forecast accuracy and alignment with internal and customer expectations.

· Monitor in-stock performance, inventory levels, and replenishment trends, proactively identifying risks and executing action plans to maintain strong shelf availability.

· Leverage Scintilla and internal data to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support fact-based decision making.

· Partner closely with supply chain, demand planning, and replenishment teams to ensure alignment across forecasts, production, and inventory flow.

· Manage and track key Walmart operational metrics, including OTIF, ASN accuracy, fill rates, and inventory health.

· Identify and resolve issues related to order management, replenishment, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain execution.

· Own item setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy across Walmart systems.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and business updates for the National Account Manager and internal stakeholders.

· Serve as a key analytical and operational partner to the National Account Manager, ensuring strong execution across all Walmart initiatives.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall efficiency within the Walmart business.

· Collaborate cross functionally to contest invalid fines and fees.

· Other duties as assigned or necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· 3-7 years of progressive experience in CPG sales analytics, supply chain, CPFR, or customer business analytics, with direct Walmart experience required.

· Strong hands-on experience with Walmart’s Scintilla platform and related tools.

· Proven ability to manage forecasting, replenishment, and in-stock performance within a retail CPG environment.

· Strong understanding of Walmart operational processes, including OTIF, ASN requirements, and supply chain execution.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive execution.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience building dashboards and performance reporting tools.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

· Experience in refrigerated, frozen, or perishable categories preferred.

· Experience in a high-growth CPG company preferred.

· Based in Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville / Rogers area) with minimal travel required.
