Are you ready to start your career in sales? Mersive Technologies is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our Denver team. This position provides exposure to every aspect of a sales team and related processes. Gain experience and grow.

Technologies You’ll Use:

  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Zoominfo
  • Office 365

Responsibilities:

  • Team Support – Work alongside teammates to provide comprehensive support through scheduling meetings, generating quotes, managing sales communications, and more
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Product, Sales, Orders, and Support teams to facilitate information exchange
  • Customer Inquiry Response – Address customer inquiries promptly providing resolutions that meet the needs of their request
  • Quote Creation – Generate quotes in Salesforce to help our partners and teammates win more deals
  • Order Processing and Communication – Accurately transfer orders to Order Management team and proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed throughout the fulfilment process.
  • CRM Maintenance – Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to increase efficiency in customer interactions, team knowledge share, forecasting, reporting, and activity tracking
  • Reporting – Provide updates upon request related to sales metrics, customer issues, product requests, and other metrics tied to the sales process

Experience/Skills:

  • BS/BA Preferred
  • Proven track record of high achievement
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work inside a team
  • Naturally curious and passionate
  • A “one-speed” energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation to succeed
  • Ability to identify issues preventing an assigned task from being accomplished. Thinks through problems and enlists support to solve
