Sales/Business Development & Marketing Specialist – US Market (Life Sciences, Hi-Tech)
This is a remote position.
DAWAR Consulting is a California based IT Staffing & Workforce solutions company, specializing in Life Sciences, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology domain. We work with Fortune 500 companies, MSP/VMS partners, and emerging enterprises by delivering top talent and exceptional services for Workday and ServiceNow projects.
We are expanding our business development team and seeking a dynamic Sales/BD/Marketing professional to help acquire new clients in the U.S. market.
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales/Business Development/Marketing Specialist to help drive our revenue growth across all industries. This role involves client acquisition, lead generation, brand marketing, and sales strategy execution.
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the U.S. market across Life Sciences, IT, Hi-Tech, and other sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Procurement, VMS/MSP teams).
- Pitch professional services (Workday, ServiceNow etc.), and Staffing & Talent solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and capability decks.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the U.S. market.
- Utilize LinkedIn, cold emailing, lead databases, and networking channels for outreach.
- Create engaging marketing content, including campaigns, email sequences, and social media posts (Apollo.io, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- Support digital marketing initiatives (SEO, CRM, analytics, newsletters).
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Track client activity, pipeline, and deals using CRM tools.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.
- Identify new verticals, service lines, and partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience in Sales/Business Development/Marketing (preferably in staffing, consulting, or IT services).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring and staffing market.
- Experience targeting Life Sciences, IT, Pharma, or Technology clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Apollo.io) is a plus.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS programs.
- Strong network in the U.S. staffing industry.
- Prior experience acquiring clients for contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time staffing.
