- Communicate and work closely with licensed agent sales team to support sales process and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist agents and customers with post-bind process to ensure proper steps are completed, documentation is collected and filed, payments are processed, and
- Certificates of Insurance are issued.
- Perform outbound follow up with customers via phone or email to collect, resend, and manage documents.
- Support the sales outreach process, contacting unresponsive prospects on behalf of the licensed agents.
- Update the Salesforce CRM system as new information is collected.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients when needed.
- Field and redirect incoming sales calls and inquiries.
- Adapt, flex, and be open to a changing environment.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma. Post Secondary education helpful.
EXPERIENCE:
Data entry experience in a high-volume sales environment. Basic understanding of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills – ability to efficiently work with multiple programs and platforms simultaneously.
- Reliable, responsible, creative self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and with a team; capacity to work under pressure.

The salary range for this position is $26-32 an hour. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
