What You'll Be Doing...
- Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure reports and dashboards are optimized and continuously improved to meet multiple stakeholders needs.
- Work with Channel stakeholders to establish relevant reporting and dashboarding of metrics against channel priorities.
- Lead analysis and interpretation of McCain and Customer data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of decisions and activity at a Channel and Customer level.
- Create and design channel/customer relevant reports provided at a regular frequency on which internal stakeholders can rely to inform their future decisions and actions.
- Establish relationships between data sets using intelligence from the Insights team to provide a holistic view of what is happening, why it's happening and suggested actions.
- Identify patterns or trends that address specific performance questions about identified problem areas of under-performance incl. external factors such as competitor activity.
- Identify patterns of syndicated data and causal factors driving performance so they can be explained and amplified across a broader customer set.
- Critical business partner to Channel Teams to provide visibility of opportunity gaps that can be addressed through Channel or Customer activity.
- New Item Planning and Performance tracking vis Circana, Power BI, and Customer Databases.
