This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong emphasis on self-sourced outbound pipeline generation.
What you'll do

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social engagement, and industry networking
- Qualify prospects to understand their insurance needs and pain points
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to multifamily decision-makers
- Develop and maintain strong pipeline hygiene using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive feedback and optimize the buyer journey
- Consistently exceed activity and revenue targets in a fast-growth environment
- Represent Get Covered at trade shows and industry events (occasional travel)
Qualifications
- Experience
- 1-2 years in SaaS, PropTech, or sales (including SDR/BDR) with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota
- Strong outbound sales experience (cold calling, prospecting, pipeline generation)
- Experience selling into property management, multifamily ownership groups, or related verticals is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
Attributes
- Hunter mindset with grit, drive, and self-motivation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating autonomously while collaborating with team stakeholders
- Passion for building strong client relationships and solving real business problems
- High coachability, curiosity, and a bias for action
