Role Description
We are looking for a Rust Engineer with experience in building and scaling distributed systems to join our growing team. If you have a passion for blockchain technology and a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain backend services following established architectural patterns and best practices
Work with team members to integrate new features into existing infrastructure components
Debug performance issues and implement solutions with guidance from senior engineers
Help set up and maintain monitoring systems for services you're responsible for
Follow security best practices and coding standards while implementing new features
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions within the team
Requirements:
Proficient with Rust.
3 years of experience with Rust or a similar language (C++, Golang, Java, etc).
3 years of experience building & maintaining high-scale production systems.
Proficient with distributed systems and databases.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute at speed, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Startup and/or web3 experience is a bonus.
Experience that is relevant to Helius is a major advantage.
