Position Summary
The Solutions Architect is responsible for guiding development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing architectural frameworks, and ensuring the alignment of technology strategies with business objectives.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain architectural strategies and frameworks that align with business goals and technology standards.
• Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the design of end-to-end solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution architecture.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring the robustness and reliability of solutions.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, decisions, and processes.
• Support enterprise standards and reference architectures in building solutions
• Promote continuous improvement in architectural practices and processes, staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of related experience.
· 3+ years of supervisor or lead experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL Certification, or Certified Solutions Architect (CSA) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $144,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
