True Classic is hiring charismatic, results-driven Roadshow Sales Representatives to showcase our brand at in-person retail events throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
This is not your standard retail role. As a Roadshow Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of True Classic—engaging shoppers, executing dynamic product demonstrations, and crafting memorable shopping experiences that convert everyday customers into loyal fans. Your confidence, storytelling ability, and sales acumen will be key to driving sales and brand loyalty on the road.

This is a regional travel position. Candidates must reside in or near the DFW metro area and be comfortable traveling for up to 10 consecutive days to various store locations within the region.
What You’ll Do:
Represent True Classic at Costco Roadshows with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
Create welcoming, engaging experiences for every shopper
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight fit, comfort, and style
Effectively pitch products, overcome objections, and close sales
Set up and dismantle branded displays in collaboration with Costco staff
Maintain a polished, organized, and visually attractive booth throughout each event
Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel
Willingness and ability to travel and work on the road for up to 10 consecutive days
Tech-savvy, with confidence using multiple apps for onboarding, communication, and event coordination
Prior sales, product demo, or roadshow-style retail experience preferred (Costco experience is a plus)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-starter who thrives independently and manages time efficiently
Available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$16.50 - $24/hour, DOE
$500 sign-on bonus after completing your first three shows
