Position Responsibilities
- Lead RMF execution for assigned systems through all RMF steps
- Facilitate RMF working sessions with system owners, ISSOs, and assessors
- Guide teams in developing SSPs, control implementations, and POA&Ms
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements
- Ensure consistent application of standardized RMF processes
- Support ATO and continuous authorization activities
Position Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CISSP, CAP, or CISM certification preferred
- United States citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance is required
- Experience facilitating RMF workshops, security control discussions, and assessments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Cybersecurity or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of hands-on RMF experience supporting federal systems
- Strong working knowledge of NIST RMF steps and artifacts
