Your Opportunities: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Rize Application Support Specialist.

Your Responsibilities:

Application Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Respond to and resolve application issues reported by end-users via support channels
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and configuration errors

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams and ensure timely resolution

User Training and Documentation:

  • Provide end-user training and create user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation
  • Assist in onboarding new employees with application usage and best practices

System Updates and Maintenance:

  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new application rollouts
  • Conduct application testing and validation to ensure system reliability

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with software development and IT teams to enhance application functionality
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system optimization efforts

You Must Have:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in application support or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL), system integrations, and APIs is a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge for automation purposes
