We're looking for a data-savvy risk analyst who lives and breathes payment metrics and loves turning complex data into actionable insights. You'll be our early warning system, monitoring fraud and dispute patterns across multiple merchant accounts while crafting recommendations that keep our risk metrics healthy. If you get excited about diving deep into data, spotting patterns, and preventing issues before they happen, we want to talk to you!

• Monitor and analyze dispute and fraud metrics across multiple merchant accounts.

• Create and maintain comprehensive weekly risk reports for stakeholders.

• Perform deep-dive analyses into risk factors (countries, banks, BINs).

• Track compliance with card scheme programs (VISA, Mastercard).

• Identify emerging risk patterns and propose mitigation strategies.

• Generate and maintain risk monitoring dashboards.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for risk optimization.

• Collaborate with payment processors on risk management initiatives.

• Develop and implement early warning systems for risk metrics.

• Create and automate reporting workflows for efficient monitoring.

• 2+ years of experience in risk analysis, fraud prevention, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).

• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.

• Experience with JSON data parsing and manipulation.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solving approach.

• Understanding of payment processing and risk metrics.

• Experience with high-risk merchant accounts.

• Background in subscription-based business models.

• Knowledge of card scheme compliance programs.

• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.

• Familiarity with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

• Understanding of payment orchestration platforms.

• Experience with fraud prevention tools (Ethoca, Verifi).
