About the role

 

RADICL is seeking a hands-on RevOps Systems Architect and Manager to own and evolve our go-to-market technology stack built on and around HubSpot. This role will be the internal systems leader focused on HubSpot and its integrations with OutReach, 6Sense, and other GTM/RevOps platforms. You will serve as both architect and administrator—designing workflows, solving operational challenges, and ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams are equipped with high-performing, integrated tools that scale with the business.
This is a critical systems role for a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company. You will provide daily support for GTM functions while continuously innovating our infrastructure to maximize performance, automation, and insight.

As RADICL's RevOps Systems Manager you will:
Key Responsibilities

·       HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the company’s HubSpot subject matter expert (SME). Architect, configure, and administer HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

·       Systems Architecture & Integration: Design and manage integrations across HubSpot, OutReach, 6Sense, and related GTM tools to ensure seamless workflows and data integrity.

·       Workflow & Automation: Build and optimize automated workflows, lead routing, data hygiene processes, and reporting frameworks that empower GTM teams.

·       Daily Systems Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, user support, permissions, and training across GTM systems.

·       Scalability & Evolution: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the GTM tech stack, ensuring the business is best leveraging tools and aligned to future growth.

·       Analytics & Reporting: Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to ensure dashboards, reports, and data structures deliver actionable insights.

·       Vendor & Tool Management: Manage vendor relationships, evaluate new technologies, and ensure systems align with business objectives.


Qualifications

·       4–7 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing/Sales/Service as an administrator and architect.

·       Proven track record of HubSpot systems design, workflow automation, and integrations.

·       Experience with OutReach, 6Sense, and GTM tech stacks (intent data, sales engagement, marketing automation).

·       Strong technical skills in data management, API integrations, and workflow logic.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to serve as the go-to systems partner for GTM teams.

·       Strong communication and training ability to support adoption across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

·       Bonus: Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or other high-growth B2B industries.

About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
