About SafeLease

SafeLease builds and sells insurance products for commercial property owners. Our reinsurance and asset management businesses insure over 4,000 properties, 500,000 tenants, and have over $1B of AUM. Our team of technologists, agents, and underwriters simplifies complex risks to intelligently allocate capital and deliver policies quickly and affordably.

We focus on insurance products for the self-storage industry but are rapidly expanding our suite of services to other industries. We believe traditional commercial insurance can be distributed faster and cheaper. To do that, we’ve brought the entire insurance value chain—distribution, underwriting, and reinsurance—under one roof to drive innovation in an industry that’s ripe for change.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, hands-on Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to support and scale our revenue technology stack. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and sit at the center of day-to-day RevOps execution, owning Salesforce support tickets, data hygiene, system maintenance, and ongoing operational improvements that keep our go-to-market teams running efficiently.

This individual will work across Salesforce and connected tools including HubSpot, Gong, Nooks, and other third-party integrations—helping maintain clean data, reliable workflows, and well-documented processes. Beyond systems support, this role will assist with broader Revenue Operations initiatives such as commissions, enablement, training, documentation, and tooling integrations. The ideal candidate is a strong dot-connector who cares deeply about details, enjoys solving operational puzzles, and is genuinely passionate about learning Salesforce and revenue systems. They are curious by nature, excited to grow their technical skill set, and motivated by building systems that work better every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute CRM administration with a focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable automation.

  • Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, driving GTM alignment and operational efficiency.

  • Design and optimize end-to-end GTM lifecycle workflows, including lead routing, pipeline progression, handoffs, and SLAs.

  • Drive adoption of GTM processes through enablement, documentation, and ongoing stakeholder collaboration.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, rep performance, and customer outcomes.

  • Partner with Engineering to design and support data integrations across GTM systems.

  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning to enable accurate go-to-market decision-making.

  • Collaborate with leadership on incentive design, territory models, capacity planning, and target setting.

  • Evaluate and optimize GTM tools for lead scoring, attribution, automation, and lifecycle management.

  • Operate effectively in fast-moving environments—balancing scrappy execution with scalable process design.

  • Continuously learn and improve, with the ability to zoom out strategically while executing at a detailed level.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a SaaS or technology company.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I and Platform App Builder.

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented operator with strong process discipline.

  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and commission structures.

  • Strong communicator able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong bias toward automation, simplification, and scalable system design.

  • Excited about AI and interested in applying emerging tools to improve GTM operations.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous, high-growth environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (Flow, formulas, validation rules, approval processes; Apex exposure a plus).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II.

  • Experience supporting GTM systems in insurance, insurtech, or commercial real estate.

  • Administration experience with tools such as Gong, Nooks, HubSpot, Formstack, and ChiliPiper.

  • Proficiency with modern analytics and data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Metabase, or similar).

  • Familiarity with complex account hierarchies and multi-product data models
