Position Description:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support the systems, reporting and operational processes that power PAR’s go-to-market engine.
This role sits within the Revenue Operations function and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our CRM systems, supporting reporting and analytics across the revenue lifecycle and enabling sales and customer teams with the tools and insights needed to operate effectively.
The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, analytical capability and operational discipline to ensure our revenue organization operates with reliable data, efficient processes, and clear visibility into performance.
This is an individual contributor role that works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical or operational role
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, CRM reporting, or business intelligence tools
Experience building or supporting dashboards and reporting in tools such as Salesforce and Power BI
Familiarity with revenue operations processes such as pipeline management, forecasting and sales performance reporting
High attention to detail with the ability to manage operational processes reliably and maintain data integrity
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple operational requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in SaaS, technology or high-growth environments is a plus
Exposure to SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus
Additional skills:
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI and Excel
Track pipeline performance, bookings trends, and revenue metrics across brands and products
Produce recurring operational reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects across the revenue organization
Provide insights into sales performance, customer expansion opportunities, and operational efficiency
REVENUE PROCESS & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Support key revenue processes including pipeline tracking, opportunity management, forecasting inputs, and operational reporting
Assist with operational tracking related to initiatives such as product rollouts, revenue programs, and customer expansion efforts
Support internal coordination across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Implementation teams
Help maintain documentation of revenue processes and system workflows
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational scalability
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Partner with Sales and Customer teams to ensure reporting and system workflows support day-to-day operations
Support Finance with revenue and booking data validation where required
Collaborate with RevOps leadership on improving system architecture, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows
Assist with preparation of operational data for internal reviews, forecasting cycles, and leadership reporting
