🚀 About the Role

You will be a critical member of the revenue operations team responsible for go-to-market strategy & operations. In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and will assist them in evaluating and optimizing sales strategy and execution across ~100 person selling team including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partner team, and Sales Development Representatives. Coordination with counterparts in marketing and customer success is a must as well as a close working relationship with our technology solutions team.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Account Segmentation & Territory management
  • Quota management and commission calculations (with finance)
  • Automation of reporting to facilitate democratization of data
  • Enforcement of Processes (MQL; rules of engagement; etc.)
  • Ongoing operations to support run-rate business plus new initiatives (led by Senior Director, Revenue Operations)
  • Ownership of operational and strategic support for business units within the broader GTM team - defining KPIs, developing operating cadence, etc.

💡 Requirements

  • Required Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce.com
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into data questions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

  • Desired Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for quantitative discipline (Mathematics; Computer Science; Economics)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data focused role (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations)

  • Compensation: $120,000 - 130,000 base
