Revenue Operations Lead @ A.Team:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of RevOps, this position will help to keep our internal systems in lockstep with our fast-paced, agile Product and Business Development teams. With A.Team developing solutions around bleeding-edge AI technology, it’s an exciting time to join and build flexible internal processes and reporting that are ready to adapt to whatever’s next.

In this role, you will…

  • Ensure all reporting for Marketing campaigns are accurate and reflect recent changes

  • Audit existing dashboards, properties, workflows, lists and views, archiving those that are no longer used nor relevant

  • Seek out opportunities to improve processes by making them more lightweight, reliable, and flexible to future change.

  • Own and maintain A.Team’s documentation regarding CRM (Hubspot) for Sales and Marketing

About you:

  • Analytically-minded with high standards for accurate reporting

  • Able to approach a complex challenge and break it down into smaller independent tasks

  • Comfortable asking clarifying questions and challenging assumptions

  • Interested in the learning the latest Hubspot tools and sharing relevant use cases to the broader team

  • A thorough note-taker with attention to technical details

  • Experience with Hubspot, B2B software and/or startup work environments
