Nextiva is building a world-class Revenue Operations team to drive insights, clarity, and performance across our go-to-market engine.  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Operations Data & Analytics Manager to join our fast-paced Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and continually evolving a high-impact data analytics program that supports and empowers our revenue organization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partner with our Corporate Business Intelligence (BI) team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving hard problems and thrives in high-velocity environments, combining speed and precision to transform complex data into clear, quality-driven analysis that informs and accelerates our growth strategies. 

We’re looking for someone who’s smart, driven, curious, and gritty — someone who can work through ambiguity, learn fast, and figure things out. You don’t need to know everything today, but you do need to want to learn and be willing to roll up your sleeves.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that support business stakeholders, ensuring the outputs are actionable, aligned with business objectives, and scalable as the organization grows
  • Conceptualize and lead complex analysis projects to identify inefficiencies and/or performance issues in the pipeline process (lead to advocate) and recommend improvements to overcome the identified issues
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue leaders to define KPI targets
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to uphold strong data governance practices, focusing on the consistency, accuracy, and clarity of critical revenue data sets
  • Partner closely with business intelligence to define the structure of data pipelines and streamline integration across source systems 
  • Work with finance, revenue, and accounting leaders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions, surfacing insights that directly support strategic planning and execution 
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests with precision and timeliness, supporting audits, leadership reporting, and other urgent analytics needs with clear, reliable outputs
  • Ensure all analytics solutions are well-documented and rigorously tested, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and reducing the risk of reporting errors

What You Bring 

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, business analytics/intelligence, FP&A, or related analytics roles 
  • Strong understanding of operations, processes, data, and KPIs across the key Revenue Operations Stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Finance  
  • Hands-on experience building both datasets and dashboards with Power BI (or a similar data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma) 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel 
  • Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries 
  • Experience working with and integrating data from SalesForce, and supporting systems like HubSpot, Outreach, etc. or similar vendors.(Marketo, Pardot, SalesLoft, Gong) 
  • Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, data hygiene best practices, and sales/revenue metrics 
  • Strong ability to gather business requirements, translate them to technical requirements, and execute. 
  • Experience with Python and statistical modeling a plus

Our compensation packages are tailored to each role and candidate's qualifications. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. We aim to offer competitive salaries or wages that reflect the value you bring to our team. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses.  

The expected hiring range is $82,000-$127,970. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range.
