The Impact of a Revenue Operations Business Partner at Coupa:

The mission of Revenue Operations is to drive alignment across our go-to-market teams and optimize revenue performance. As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will serve as the strategic advisor and operational partner to sales leaders. You’ll be responsible for increasing operational efficiencies, streamlining processes, managing performance metrics, and enabling data-driven decisions across the Revenue organization. 

Your responsibilities include Go-To-Market execution, demand planning, forecasting, pipeline health, performance management, reporting & analytics, business insights, business processes, and sales tools, and ensuring the revenue excellence model is standardized and implemented across the Revenue business.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, influencing strategic and operational decisions from planning through execution.
  • Implement the Coupa Revenue Operating Model and drive territory planning, quota setting, and sales cadences aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and optimize revenue operations processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in forecasting, reporting, and quota management.
  • Deliver actionable revenue metrics and business intelligence while minimizing administrative overhead and improving process effectiveness.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance business operations, improve data and reporting systems, and drive revenue process optimization.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Proven leadership and executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across Revenue, IT, and support teams.
  • Deep understanding of revenue processes and operations, with 5+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B, HCM, or cloud platform businesses.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with sharp business judgment and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments while leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Clari, Excel, and revenue analytics tools; experience with Tableau and a Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/CPA a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in ENGLISH (preferred C1 or better), including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers.
