About the team:

As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams – including Marketing, Finance, and Product – to provide actionable insights and support sales operations strategic decision-making.

About the role:

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll successfully own Salesforce administration, collaborate with other Revenue Operations team members on data analytic reporting, and support sales analysis & forecasting to align sales employees’ goals with customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Why we’re hiring for this role:

We’re seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence in our fast-growing SaaS company. This role serves as the technical backbone of our Revenue Operations function, focusing on Salesforce administration, data analytics, and process automation to enable sales team productivity and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Once hired, you will:

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, field creation, and workflow automation
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership visibility
  • Manage integration between Salesforce and sales tools (Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero, etc.)
  • Ensure data quality through duplicate management, data standardization, and cleanup initiatives
  • Analyze sales performance metrics including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and quota attainment
  • Create automated reporting for weekly/monthly sales reviews and board presentations
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic sales initiatives and territory planning
  • Support sales team with technical troubleshooting and system optimization

As you progress in the role, you will:

  • Configure and optimize sales processes through Process Builder, Flow, and validation rules
  • Support sales forecasting accuracy through data analysis and trend identification
  • Partner with Marketing on lead scoring, attribution, and campaign effectiveness analysis
  • Document and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and adoption
  • Create training materials and conduct sessions for sales team on system updates
  • Lead cross-functional projects for system implementations and process improvements
  • Collaborate with IT on system security, performance, and integration requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • Effective communicator with sales leadership and SLT
  • Work in a highly collaborative and data driven culture
  • Enthusiasm to learn a new business model and build upon your skillset

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or Salesforce administration
  • Strong expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics platforms
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for compensation analytics dashboards
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and metrics
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.)
  • SQL knowledge for advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)
  • Previous experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
