We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong foundation in data analysis, strategic insight, and sales process optimization. You will be part of the Revenue/Sales Operations team driving sales effectiveness and business growth. In this role, you’ll translate data into impactful insights that shape our go-to-market strategy, optimize operational efficiency, and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a highly analytical role within Revenue Operations or Business Intelligence.

You Will:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales campaign results, identifying key drivers of success or failure, and understanding the intricate relationship between inputs (e.g., resources, outreach methods) and outputs (e.g., pipeline, revenue).
Analyze current sales workflows, work distribution patterns, and resource allocation to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed recommendations for change. Design and support pilot programs to test alternate engagement strategies and measure their impact.
Monitor key sales metrics (TAM penetration, rep productivity, account assignments) and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze customer intent and engagement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and outcomes.
Lead work process and distribution redesigns using time studies and surveys.
Create data stories using dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and sales teams.
Ensure data accuracy across sales tools and optimize CRM usage, especially within Salesforce.
Proactively identify strategic opportunities to improve revenue performance through data insights.
Who You Will Work With:
This position reports to Sr. Program Manager of Dealer Sales and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence.
Must Have’s:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business analyst, or a similar function.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and creating impactful dashboards.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including report generation and dashboard creation.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and sales processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of problem-solving using data.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have’s:
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) for more advanced modeling.
Experience with survey design and analysis.
Knowledge of lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle management.
Ability to travel when required (2-5 times per year)

Compensation Range of
Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
