As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will leverage Salesforce expertise, analytics, and process knowledge to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and provide insights that empower better decision-making.
This is a remote position with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven execution.
What Will You Do
Revenue Analysis & Reporting
Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline health, win/loss rates, ARR/ACV, and renewal metrics.
Perform data pulls and analyses to identify trends, forecast revenue, and surface insights for GTM leadership.
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on quota attainment, funnel metrics, and pipeline coverage.
Salesforce & GTM Tool Support
Support Salesforce CRM reporting, dashboards, and data validation while ensuring strong data hygiene.
Help manage integrations with HubSpot, Groove, Clari, and other GTM tools.
Monitor data quality, enforce standards, and escalate issues as needed.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the lead-to-close process and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on operational workflows and reporting needs.
Document processes and maintain enablement resources for reporting and dashboard use.
Enablement & Ad Hoc Support
Provide reporting support for QBRs, board decks, and weekly pipeline reviews.
Train end users on dashboards, reporting best practices, and GTM process compliance.
Triage and manage RevOps requests, tickets, and smaller enhancements across the GTM stack.
What Have You Done
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analyst role (SaaS preferred).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards (certification a plus).
·Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); exposure to BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker) a plus.
Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Groove, Clari, or CPQ systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.
