Convey is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Administrator to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Finance, driving operational rigor, data clarity, and strategic insights that directly impact revenue growth.
This is not a traditional Salesforce admin role—we’re looking for someone who understands how systems, data, and process come together to drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.
What You’ll DoRevenue Operations Strategy & Execution
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting accuracy
Identify gaps in the funnel and drive process improvements across the full customer lifecycle
Support territory planning, coverage models, and go-to-market execution
Own reporting across pipeline, ARR, win rates, and sales cycle performance
Translate data into actionable insights for Sales Leadership and Executives
Support forecasting, capacity planning, and revenue modeling
Optimize core GTM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chorus) to support scalable growth
Build workflows, routing logic, and automations that improve efficiency and visibility
Ensure systems reflect real-world sales motions and reporting needs
Support commission plans, quota setting, and attainment tracking
Partner cross-functionally to align incentives with company goals
Support deal structuring, pricing approvals, and non-standard terms
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to accelerate deal cycles
Maintain clean, reliable data to support forecasting and decision-making
Establish standards and proactively identify reporting gaps
3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS or B2B environment
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, churn)
Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Technical Skills:
Experience with Salesforce (optimization, not just administration)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, analysis)
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid preferred)
Travel: Minimal (<10%)
