Convey is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Administrator to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Finance, driving operational rigor, data clarity, and strategic insights that directly impact revenue growth.

This is not a traditional Salesforce admin role—we’re looking for someone who understands how systems, data, and process come together to drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.

Revenue Operations Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting accuracy

  • Identify gaps in the funnel and drive process improvements across the full customer lifecycle

  • Support territory planning, coverage models, and go-to-market execution

  • Own reporting across pipeline, ARR, win rates, and sales cycle performance

  • Translate data into actionable insights for Sales Leadership and Executives

  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and revenue modeling

  • Optimize core GTM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chorus) to support scalable growth

  • Build workflows, routing logic, and automations that improve efficiency and visibility

  • Ensure systems reflect real-world sales motions and reporting needs

  • Support commission plans, quota setting, and attainment tracking

  • Partner cross-functionally to align incentives with company goals

  • Support deal structuring, pricing approvals, and non-standard terms

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to accelerate deal cycles

  • Maintain clean, reliable data to support forecasting and decision-making

  • Establish standards and proactively identify reporting gaps

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS or B2B environment

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, churn)

  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce (optimization, not just administration)

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, analysis)

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

  • Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid preferred)
