A day in the life.
As our Revenue and Sales Operations Project Manager on the National Revenue and Sales Operations team, you will support our core growth initiatives, with direction from our Associate Director of Revenue Operations, by coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of sales and revenue operations programs. In addition, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing project charters with direction from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Managing project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion
Coordinating meetings as needed to support project progress
Facilitating communication and collaboration across sales, revenue operations, and other departments
Identifying project risks and issues, and proactively developing mitigation strategies
Ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards
Tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to leadership and project stakeholders
Supporting change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools
Documenting project requirements, decisions, and post-project evaluation for continuous improvement
Organizing project achievements each quarter to share impact of projects with leadership and project stakeholders

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
3-5 years of experience in Project Management
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike)
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Experience in B2B insurance
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Experience with stakeholder engagement and change management
Certification in project management methodologies
Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
