The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and efficiency of the entire revenue engine, focusing on system integrity, process optimization, and providing actionable insights to support strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) decision-making and drive revenue acceleration across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of GTM systems and processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maintain GTM performance, optimize processes, and ensure alignment across pricing strategies and revenue impact.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average selling price (ASP), booking trends, customer churn, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Analyze revenue performance to provide operational insights that drive GTM effectiveness and pipeline efficiency.
  • Evaluate and model the financial and operational impact of proposed pricing changes, promotions, and new product launches on revenue processes and systems.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for revenue and related operational metrics.
  • Lead a recurring revenue review meeting to discuss the latest revenue insights and operational drivers.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects related to GTM strategy and system optimization as required by senior management.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a Revenue Analyst, Sales Operations, or similar Rev Ops focused role.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) for data integrity and process enforcement.
  • Experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep technical proficiency and proven hands-on experience in Hubspot CRM administration, including complex workflow creation, custom object management, advanced reporting/dashboard configuration, and rigorous process enforcement for data integrity.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, financial modeling) to support operational analysis.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total compensation for this role is anticipated to be in the following range: $68,000-$75,000
  • Competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options at affordable rates
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Flexible and casual work environment with flexible time off
  • Employee camping credit to encourage getting outdoors and experiencing our product!
