RETAIL PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER, STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
Summary:
Reporting to the SVP/GM, Retail Partnerships, this role is responsible for leading retail partner management for assigned GSTV strategic accounts. The Retail Partnerships Manager serves as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, including retail partner teams (Marketing, IT, and Fuel Operations) and internal GSTV teams (Network Operations, Ad Operations, Creative & Content, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Finance).
As the first point of contact for retail partners, this role ensures seamless support across all partner needs, including:
· Providing general account support
· Identifying and mitigating challenges
· Ensuring network accuracy and optimal health
· Managing dedicated promotional content
· Driving overall retail partner satisfaction
Additionally, the Retail Partnerships Manager will cultivate deeper relationships with assigned partners and deliver incremental value by efficiently managing promotional time within their video broadcast.
The Strategic Accounts role balances strategic oversight with tactical execution by collaborating with internal teams to optimize client relations, manage client requests, mitigate and resolve issues and ensure consistent communication for organizational alignment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Client Satisfaction and Support
o Serve as the main liaison for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their business objectives.
o Managing all areas of the GSTV retail partner relationship, including exercising discretion and independent judgement
o Managing Retailer’s dedicated promotional content including: planning, scheduling, creative management, reporting, etc.
o Identifying non contracted gaps in the retailer’s network and upsell to expand GSTV supply distribution.
o Identifying offline sites and develop and execute strategies to activate media-eligible locations in collaboration with GSTV Network Operations.
o Leading consistent engagement that strengthens partnerships and elevates GSTV’s value proposition
o Day-to-day retail client interaction and support
o Long-term relationship building
o Proactively understand and address the unique needs and challenges of each client, serving as the primary escalation point for issues and delivering effective resolutions to ensure exceptional support and high levels of client satisfaction.
o Share client insights and feedback with internal teams to inform product/service enhancements.
· Reporting and Forecasting
o Lead client coordination for site list accuracy via quarterly audits and ad hoc updates
o Collaborate to obtain optimal network site data management and reporting
o Maintain accurate records of client broadcast breakouts including paid ads and retail promotional ads as aligned to client agreement.
o Maintain accurate ad revenue reporting and forecasts and coordination with finance for contractually required payments

· Direct experience in convenience and fuel industry
· Strong track record of cultivating and building partnerships with wide range client/customer types including larger corporate and small independent businesses
· Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software a strong plus
Education and/or Experience:
