Pay Range

$33.05 - $49.60

Location: St. Luke’s – Milwaukee, WI

What You’ll Do

  • Provide specialized airway and breathing care across five ICUs:
    • Cardiovascular
    • Coronary
    • Medical-Respiratory
    • Neurological
    • Surgical
  • Perform arterial line placement
  • Conduct esophageal balloon placement and monitoring
  • Utilize advanced ventilation modes, including NAVA
  • Administer inhaled pulmonary vasodilators
  • Support hyperbaric medicine in one of the nation’s largest multi-place chambers
  • Engage in cutting-edge therapies and complex patient care
  • Provide exceptional respiratory care for patients
  • Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures
  • Administer medications and educate patients and families
  • Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes
  • Mentor new teammates and students

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum)
  • WI Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
  • RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023
  • BLS certification (AHA) and ACLS Certification
