As a Resourcing Coordinator at Fueled, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the right people are staffed to the right work at the right time. You’ll keep our operational engine running smoothly by maintaining accurate capacity insights, supporting weekly staffing cycles, and helping teams navigate scheduling changes with clarity and care. - Maintain an accurate, real-time view of staffing, availability, and capacity across EMEA, ensuring leaders always have reliable data to guide resourcing decisions.
- Support weekly staffing operations by preparing availability summaries, trackers, agendas, and other inputs that create clarity and alignment across Delivery.
- Partner with Project Managers and discipline teams to address short-term scheduling adjustments, helping triage competing priorities and proactively surfacing conflicts.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Product, and Design to gather data, follow up on status changes, and ensure staffing updates stay consistent across departments.
- Uphold strong systems and data hygiene by maintaining clean metadata, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and supporting onboarding/offboarding workflows related to staffing.
- Contribute to incremental process improvements — refining templates, tightening workflows, and supporting more consistent communication practices across the staffing function.
- Within your first month, establish a reputation for accuracy and responsiveness, keeping staffing data current and supporting routine requests with confidence.
- Build a dependable weekly rhythm that strengthens operational visibility — enabling leaders to see capacity, constraints, and opportunities more clearly.
- Improve the smoothness of staffing cycles by identifying patterns, surfacing potential issues early, and helping guide teams through transitions with clarity.
- Increase efficiency in EMEA staffing by producing consistent, trustworthy inputs for utilization reviews, capacity checks, and planning conversations.
- Become a trusted partner to the Staffing Lead by supporting recurring reporting and helping synthesize insights that influence hiring, forecasting, and workload distribution.
- You have 2-3+ years of experience in operations, resource coordination, project management, or another detail-oriented role where accuracy and organization matter.
- You communicate clearly and respectfully, especially when sharing updates, clarifying needs, or navigating moments of change or ambiguity.
- You thrive in structured operational work — you enjoy keeping data clean, workflows organized, and processes running smoothly across multiple teams.
- You demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive information, including staffing changes and internal transitions.
- You adapt easily to shifting priorities and fast-changing inputs, staying solution-oriented and calm while helping teams move forward.
- You show up with a service mindset: you solve what you can independently, escalate early when context is needed, and always aim to make others’ work easier
