Boston Dynamics has an opening for a Reseller Program Manager Role within our Spot Robotics team. The Reseller Program Manager will build and manage a program for the enablement, coaching, tracking, reporting and growth of Boston Dynamics Industrial Reseller Network. In this highly visible role, the right candidate will be a core part of the Boston Dynamics team creating the future of industrial robotics!
Day to day activities include:
Design, manage, and execute processes for vetting, approving, and onboarding new resellers.
Create and maintain sales materials, playbooks, and enablement resources.
Plan and deliver structured training sessions and workshops for reseller teams.
Develop tailored sales coaching plans to strengthen reseller performance.
Establish scalable processes and tools for reseller pipeline management and forecasting.
Monitor and analyze reseller performance, providing actionable insights and weekly reports to leadership.
Support resellers with deal structuring and best practices to accelerate sales cycles.
Implement strategies to drive reseller growth, reduce attrition, and improve overall partner engagement.
Assist in identifying and developing new geographic regions to expand the reseller network.
Build and execute relationship management and retention initiatives across the reseller ecosystem.
Train and support internal teams, including reseller relationship managers, to ensure alignment on partner goals.
Desired skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering related fields or a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments
Minimum 5 years sales experience in the technology B2B environment.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Develop sales presentations via either Microsoft and Google products
Negotiation skills with problem-solving attitude
Prior experience in partner / reseller / channel management
Prior experience in developing enablement assets/materials
Prior experience in a sales leadership role
Prior experience with Salesforce and/or similar tools
Travel
Up to 50% travel, including international
