Research Assistant – Data & Organisation (Part-Time/Ongoing)
I need someone who can take large amounts of raw information and make it usable.
Multiple roles available
The work:
You'll spend most of your time sorting through material, transcripts, links, documents, data, and organising it into structures that are easy to navigate and reference later.
What you'll do:
- Go through transcripts and pull out key information
- Collate data into spreadsheets and keep them clean and up to date
- Curate and organise collections of online links and resources
- Tag, categorise, and structure information so it's findable
- Follow a system when one exists, suggest one when it doesn't
What matters:
- You're methodical and enjoy bringing order to messy information
- You're comfortable working in Google Sheets and Docs
- You can read through long material without losing focus or accuracy
- You make sensible decisions about how to categorise things
- You don't need to be told every step, you can see what tidy looks like and get there
Details:
- 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
- Remote / flexible hours
- Pay discussed after skills screening based on skill level and availability
If you're someone who enjoys making things work behind the scenes, let me hear from you.
Interview:
You are invited to a group zoom interview screening workshop with multiple applicants.
For those who are a potential good fit there will be an additional interview and then a paid work trial.
We know we can't tell who you are or how good of a fit you are from your Resume / CV
This is why in our process we interview every applicant first in our Noticing Game
This makes sure we don't miss out on anyone who is a perfect fit
It also means that you apply once and you are considered for our other roles now and in the future
There is nothing you need to prepare for this session
It will be conducted in English, and be predominantly written, however you will need to be on a computer and your video screen on
I look forward to seeing you in this session
