We are looking for a Reporting Specialist to help turn business and operational data into clear, reliable reports that support decision-making across the company. You will work with structured data, maintain recurring reports and dashboards, investigate inconsistencies, and collaborate with Data, Product, and Operations teams.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with data and reporting but also wants to understand the business questions behind the numbers.
WHAT YOU WILL DOPrepare and maintain recurring business and operational reports
Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources
Build and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting materials
Monitor reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies
Analyse trends and changes in key business metrics
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements
Document reporting processes, definitions, and data sources
Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve reporting issues
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation
Present findings and key information in a clear, easy-to-understand format
1+ year of experience in reporting, data analysis, business operations, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to explain data and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Organized approach to managing recurring and ad hoc requests
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience working with SaaS or technology companies
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
Familiarity with SQL
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
Experience creating dashboards or KPI reports
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Experience working with analytics or business intelligence products
$55,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
