As a Reporting Analyst II, you partner with Master Servicing leadership and business stakeholders to create reporting, analytics, and business intelligence (BI) solutions that guide day-to-day operations and strategic decisions. The role is responsible for designing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools, and for improving data quality. It’s a hands-on role that turns complex business needs into clear insights and data-driven recommendations. Success is shown through reliable reporting, actionable analysis, and process improvements that increase efficiency and compliance.
About the role
Partner with business leaders, operational teams, and Information Technology (IT) to develop and implement reporting and analytical solutions that support organizational objectives
Develop, maintain, and optimize operational, performance, compliance, and management reporting for Master Servicing stakeholders
Gather and document business requirements, then translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and self-service reporting tools
Use SQL and other tools to extract, validate, and present data from multiple sources
Perform data validation and quality assurance testing to ensure accurate, reliable outputs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities in operational data
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that drive productivity, cost savings, and effectiveness
Provide analysis and actionable recommendations that support senior management decision-making
Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects, including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support
Create and maintain clear documentation for reports, processes, and business requirements
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
About you
Minimum qualifications
2+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree in a technology field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating large data sets
Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
Knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, data modeling, and reporting best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications
Experience in mortgage servicing, subservicing, or Master Servicing
Experience with VBA, Python, or other programming and automation tools
Experience documenting business requirements and report definitions
Onsite Requirements:
Candidates must live within a commutable distance to the Highlands Ranch, CO office for in-office responsibilities as required (currently 1 day/week).

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $67,000-$100,000. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
