- Support the Director of Membership and Community Events as the on-site point of contact during rentals and events
- Supervise logistics, audio, visual, other vendors, and support participants to ensure a successful execution of events
- Setup chairs, tables, parking lot signage, and other equipment needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure space is clean and orderly before guests arrive
- Ensure all clients and guests adhere to rental agreement policies and building procedures
- Confirm that rental spaces are clean, properly set up, and fully equipped for event needs
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Support room turnovers and light event setup
- Address questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally
- Additional duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications and Education Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional, enthusiastic demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or facilities coordination
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Physical/Mental Requirements (ADA Compliance)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity for handling or operating tools, objects, equipment, controls, or materials
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
