Position Overview
The Renewals Executive for Midmarket is responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing large and strategic renewals opportunities by working directly with customers and resellers/partners. This role requires a dedicated and deep focus on a per account basis, so will need to build customer specific engagement plans from a strategic and tactical standpoint by working in collaboration with TASE, CSM & Partners. 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas

  • Opportunity Pipelines and Forecast Management for Midmarket set of accounts

  • Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure

  • Serves as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer's retention, and it is responsible to drive risk mitigation execution

  • Identifies customer upsell & expansion opportunities 

  • Sales results reporting and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product

  • Coordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, Midmarket sales and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years sales/renewals experience

  • Proven ability to negotiate $1M+ complex sales/renewals deals

  • Working knowledge of SFDC

  • Complexity: works to resolve complex issues and can exercise sound judgement in solution

  • Negotiation: Undertake complex negotiations with customer and partners

  • Planning: Contributing to building the customer plan and realizing the customer business objectives

  • Fluent languages spoken and written: English

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $95,000 and $137,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
