The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote UX/UI Designer at Turquoise Health, you will design and optimize user interfaces for our platform, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience for users.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
What You Bring to the Role:
- 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
