The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Knowledge Base Writer at Turquoise Health, you will create, maintain, and improve internal and external documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility of information for teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit knowledge base articles, guides, and FAQs
  • Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to gather information
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date
  • Review and revise existing materials for consistency and usability
  • Track documentation metrics and recommend improvements

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content creation
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, content management systems, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
