The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Knowledge Base Writer at Turquoise Health, you will create, maintain, and improve internal and external documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility of information for teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit knowledge base articles, guides, and FAQs
- Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to gather information
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date
- Review and revise existing materials for consistency and usability
- Track documentation metrics and recommend improvements
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content creation
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, content management systems, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
