The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Internal Communications Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will manage internal communications strategies, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication plans and initiatives
- Create newsletters, announcements, and other internal content
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to share updates
- Gather feedback to improve communication effectiveness
- Maintain consistent messaging and branding across internal channels
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, communication tools, and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
