The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Email Support Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will provide timely and accurate support to customers via email, ensuring their questions and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in email support, customer service, or help desk roles
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and email platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
