The Role:
The Remote Dealer Strategy Analyst is a key member of the OnStar Dealer Sales team, responsible for leading the strategy, deployment, and ongoing optimization of communications and training for remote dealer contacts across the U.S. This role will translate business and dealer needs into actionable AI CRM journeys, training, and communication tactics that help dealers sell OnStar more effectively.
This analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Remote Dealer cross-channel communications strategy , partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Operations, and Legal/Privacy to create scalable, insight-led solutions that improve Remote Dealer performance and engagement.

What You'll Do:
- Lead Remote Dealer AI CRM strategy for remote dealer contacts across the U.S., including roadmap definition, AI-enabled journeys, and continuous optimization, with a focus on improving dealer performance and engagement.
- Own performance measurement and analytics for remote dealer initiatives, translating data into clear recommendations and business impact stories
- Develop and refine communication tactics and enablement tools for remote dealers that simplify AI/CRM capabilities, drive adoption, and are actively used by dealers and field teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with OnStar Sales, Marketing, Dealer Operations, and Legal/Privacy to deliver scalable, strategic solutions that improve contact quality, efficiency, education and dealer satisfaction.
- Support day-to-day operations, governance, and documentation for AI-driven CRM campaigns and dealer-facing rules and policies to safeguard consistent, high-quality dealer experience.
- Manage the Remote Dealer communications channels by actively troubleshooting issues and escalations with helpful, timely responses that exceed service expectations and generate positive feedback from dealers.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, Communications or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years experience in one or more of the following:
- CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle management.
- Dealer sales, automotive retail operations, or field sales support.
- Analytics/insights or strategy roles focused on sales performance.
- Demonstrated experience using data to drive decisions and improve performance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect CRM/AI use cases to sales, revenue, and customer outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for dealer and field audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled CRM or marketing automation platforms•
What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in OnStar, or automotive subscription sales .
- Familiarity with dealer performance metrics
- Experience supporting remote sales teams
- Comfort presenting to leadership and dealer/field audiences, including summarizing performance and next steps.
