The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will focus on improving customer loyalty and satisfaction, ensuring that clients continue to see value in our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify churn risks
- Develop and implement retention strategies
- Communicate proactively with customers to address concerns and provide support
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing teams to improve client experience
- Track and report on retention metrics
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or retention roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset to track and act on retention metrics
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
