As a Remote CRM Administrator at Turquoise Health, you will manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure accurate data, smooth workflows, and effective reporting across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the CRM database for accuracy and completeness
- Configure workflows, automation, and custom reports
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage
- Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize CRM processes
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM administration tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
