As a Remote CRM Administrator at Turquoise Health, you will manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure accurate data, smooth workflows, and effective reporting across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the CRM database for accuracy and completeness
  • Configure workflows, automation, and custom reports
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize CRM processes

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM administration tools
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
