The Architectural Drafter will create and revise drawings, assist in construction documents, maintain organized files, and ensure accuracy in deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Hourly Pay Range: $20-25 per hour *dependent on experience*- Create and revise drawings under the guidance of experienced designers
- Assist in developing construction documents and incorporating redlines
- Help maintain organized files and consistent drawing standards
- Partner with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables
- Build knowledge of industry codes, drafting standards, and workflows
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in design/drafting (wood or metal manufacturing, store fixtures, or interior environments preferred)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drafting principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Basic experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand technical expertise
