The Role:
As an Agile Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that keeps projects on track, teams aligned, and clients engaged. You’ll facilitate Agile processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. This role is perfect for a proactive, solution-oriented leader, familiar with software development process and lifecycles, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software projects on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate Agile project management and communications (daily standups, project planning, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Maintain project roadmaps, ensuring clear priorities and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Optimize workflows, driving efficiency while maintaining flexibility in response to evolving needs.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of Agile project management experience in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Development, Feature-Driven Development).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve the right problems, and make strategic decisions that drive value creation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Preferred experience with Agile methodologies and mindsets, with a strong ability to adapt and apply Agile principles in a dynamic emergent work environment.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role within an agency setting.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable development tasks.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Proven success working remotely and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
