Remote Accountant

Everything To Gain is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Accountant with proficiency in QuickBooks, payroll processing, and QuickBooks Online (QBO). In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing insightful dashboards to support decision-making. You will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and payroll management while adhering to compliance standards. • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and QBO.
• Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and provide timely financial reports and dashboards to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries related to accounting and payroll matters.

• Proven experience as an Accountant, particularly with QuickBooks and QBO.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
