Oversees sales activities of Account Executives, ensuring compliance and meeting production goals while maintaining client relationships and developing marketing opportunities.

This position will over-see the production of all the Account Executives assigned in the Northeast, ensuring quality customer service and business knowledge from all Account Executives within their territory, and ensuring monthly production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all sales activity and performance within the division incollaboration with the President, National Wholesale Division.
- Assist in the review of loan packages if needed to ensure compliance withunderwriting standards.
- Answer Account Executive inquiries regarding policy and procedure.
- Assist in the development of new marketing opportunities
- Maintain familiarity with the applicable state licensing requirements
- Ensure Account Executives are gathering all applicable financials, resumes, licenses,and contract documentation for submission to the President, National WholesaleDivision.
- Maintain contact with client base as a quality control measure.
- Monitor the Account Executives production and business growth.
- Provide training for and conduct informational meetings with the AccountExecutives.
- Maintain familiarity with the applicable state licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in loan origination with a track record of successin the mortgage industry and have the ability to motivate the staff.
- Current producing client base is strongly desired
- Must possess solid understanding of wholesale loan origination, underwritingprocesses and procedures, and mortgage industry standards
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential along withstrong presentation skills
- Professional demeanor to effectively interact with all branch and company personnelas well as brokers
- Strong attention to detail with ability to efficiently and consistently produce accuratework and manage time.
- Solid commitment to customer service with excellent client relations skills
- Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures necessary
- Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)and Internet Browsers
- Account Executives who will be driving on company business will be required tomaintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record
